Superficial Inspection:Controls with induced current.Circograf: Equipment for the non destructive verification of round ferric, austenitic and non ferric (wires, bars, rods and tubes), that works on the base of the method of the induced current (DIN EN 10277-1) by means of rotating bobbins which collect signals. This method offers a sensitivity of extremely high detection of defects. Antimixtures Inspection: Spectro-test. |

The control of the Quality operates with the procedures of the System of Quality implanted in our Group according to norm ISO/TS 16949 and norm OHSAS 18001.
The internal control of production participates actively and is a fundamental part in our productive cycle.
Constantly samples are taken, according to the frequency established in our sampling plans assuring: the continuous verification of the characteristics of the product, the fulfilment of the norm of reference or the specification of our customer indicated in his orders.
Our internal laboratory of control , is equipped with the most modern means of control and it is at the exigency level that our customers require.The tests needed are made so that the control of the product and its consequent verification is guaranteed: |

Mechanical tests: |

Machine of traction Shimadzu Rh-30 with a capacity of 20 Tn, equipped with extensometer and computer science program JBA/FORDEF. The test consists of putting under a test tube a tensile stress, generally until the break up, to determine one or several of the characteristics that are mentioned next:
-Traction Resistance (Rm)
-Conventional Elastic limit (Rp)
-Total Extension of breakage (AT or A). |

Chemical/spectrometric tests: The method is applicable to all the qualities of steel, in calibrated/turned or laminated.The used equipment is the spectrometer model SPECTROLAB M of the Spectro company.The equipment is completely computerizad and makes immediate controls of all the samples that are taken from the productive cycle. |

Metallurgical studies: The method is applicable for the microscopic observation of the structure of the steel in order to determine the heat treatment, which they were put under, or any other structural characteristic of interest. |

Our metallurgical laboratory is qualified to carry out tests in the steel, tests that are applicable to the norms in force. All these tests are made with the Maximum attention by our technicians and with the suitable methods, with the purpose of obtaining to the Maximum reliability of the results.
We also count on a photographic device to allow, in case of necessity, the photographic documentation of the test made.
