In Gerdau Sidenor Calibrados WE DO NOT ACCEPT the 99% of QUALITY in our products, WE WANT a 100%.. For this reason, we are not satisfied with the certificate of securing of quality according to the norms ISO-TS 16949. We keep advancing in the continuous improvement. We understand quality, as the fact to make the things PERFECT, FREE OF FAILURES and as the customer wants them, which means, giving the customer the quality that interests him.
For this reason we measure them periodically, so that we can evaluate the progress that we do. For this reason we are very involved in the organisation and management of the quality and its securing in all the process of the company; because we want the TOTAL SATISFACTION OF OUR CUSTOMERS.

In our eagerness to improve, we have created a Technical Department whose mission is to understand the necessities of our customer.This mission requires:
- To discover and solve our customers necessities.
- To identify the innovating customers, who will be useful to develop and to try new products; to analyse the market tendencies and the success of the competition.
- To develop new products or improve the present ones.
- To promote the technical assistance service according to the evolution of the norms of materials. We count on a very important Normalisation service which is very useful for our customers.
We count on our own metallurgical laboratory with the purpose of making responsible to us of the results that we certificate in our certificates of quality which they accompany our products. |
